1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and cancel the reservation submitted to him by the store at least six hours before the execution date and to recover the full amount within a maximum period of 7 working days.

2- In the event of cancellation less than six hours before the service is completed , an amount of 50 riyals will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer within a maximum period of 7 working days.

3- In the event of cancellation during the service providers’ arrival at the customer’s location , 100 riyals will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned within a maximum period of 7 working days.

4- In the event of cancellation during the provision of the service, for any reason, regardless of the period consumed or the number of services completed or remaining, the full amount will be deducted in favor of the store, and no amount will be returned to the customer.

5- The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the order date, unless the customer violates any of the terms of the cancellation policy. If this period is exceeded, the amount will be converted into a service credit valid for use for 3 months from the order date.
