This constitutes the Customer's acknowledgement of acceptance of all of the following general legal terms and conditions:
1. The client acknowledges the humane and ethical treatment of male and female beauticians and spa specialists in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the labor regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. If, for any reason, Maison Spa is unable to provide the beautician and perform the service according to the reservation, the client will be compensated with another reservation, and the date will be determined based on the availability of both parties, and the full amount will be returned to the client.
3. The client is responsible for receiving the beautician during the specified arrival time according to the reservation time chosen during the reservation.
5. The customer is responsible for the information provided during the reservation. Any other location requested by the customer will not be considered valid unless the customer notifies Maison Spa of this information one or more days prior to the reservation via electronic channels.
6. The service is provided and the amount is non-refundable if the beautician specified in the reservation is not received.
7. Maison Spa is responsible for providing the service at the agreed time (with the possibility of delay or advance -/+ 30 minutes), depending on traffic flow. The timing will start when the client receives the beautician and spa and the service begins according to the date and time specified in the invoice.
9. This service is provided for women only. Otherwise, Maison Spa will not be required to compensate or refund any amounts.
10. The client is responsible for protecting his/her valuables and possessions by preserving them. In the event of loss of these possessions, Mirzon will not be held responsible and cases will be handled in accordance with the relevant laws of the Kingdom. The responsibility will remain with the beautician or the client until further legal notice.
12. In the event of any emergency requiring medical attention or involving physical assault, the client must immediately notify Maison Spa by calling the call center number ( 0558814450 ). Cases will be handled according to the legal procedures and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. The beautician and spa will only perform services paid for by reservation.
14. The customer is fully responsible for providing an area for preparing service tools.
15. It is not permissible to provide gifts in the form of cash to the beautician for any reason.
16. The customer is responsible for paying the total reservation value in advance when booking through the website, not less than the value specified on the website.
17. The Service Provider Maison Spa reserves the right to amend reservation prices based on changes imposed by the government, such as any government fees such as taxes or any other government fees. The fees will be collected from the second party when they become effective for collection or are fixed on the website.
18. The customer cannot cancel any reservation or cancel the service at least 6 hours or more before the pre-selected appointment time, and 25% of the total value will be deducted as an administrative fee.
19. The customer can make an appointment change himself through the website or through customer service, provided that this is done at least 6 hours before the appointment time.
20. The customer cannot modify the booked service after booking.
21. If the customer intentionally or by mistake books for a city, region, or district not included on the website outside the city of Riyadh, Maison Spa has the right to deduct 25% of the booking upon cancellation of the order by both parties based on the total booking amount and the time of cancellation.
22. Payment for the service fees may be made using Apple Pay, MADA, STC Pay, or any other method approved on the website.
23. The client is not entitled to transfer the beauty and spa specialist to a third party.
24. In the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the reservation on the website or through customer service, by assaulting or harassing the beauty and spa specialist , Maison Spa has the right to terminate the contract without referring to the customer , and the customer has no right to any claims, and the facility has the right to file a legal complaint according to the rules and procedures followed by the Public Prosecution, the courts and the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
25. Refunds will be made via the website within 7 business days.
