This constitutes the client's acceptance of all the following general legal terms and conditions:
1. The client acknowledges the humane and ethical treatment of male and female beauty and spa specialists in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the labor regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. If Maison Spa is unable for any reason to provide the beauty specialist and carry out the service according to the booking, the client will be compensated with another booking, and the date will be determined based on the availability of both parties, or the full amount will be refunded to the client.
3. The client is responsible for receiving the beauty specialist during the arrival time specified according to the booking time, which he/she chose during the booking.
5. The client is responsible for the information provided during booking. Any other location requested by the client will not be considered valid unless Maison Spa has been notified of this at least one day prior to the booking via electronic channels.
6. The service is provided and the amount cannot be refunded if the beautician specified in the booking does not receive the appointment.
7. Maison Spa is responsible for providing the service at the agreed time (with the possibility of delay or advance -/+ 30 minutes), depending on traffic flow. The timing will start when the client receives the beauty and spa specialist and the service begins according to the date and time specified in the invoice.
9. This service is offered to women only, otherwise Maison Spa will not be required to provide compensation or refund any money.
10. The client is responsible for protecting his valuables and belongings by keeping them safe. In the event of loss of these belongings, the Merzon Foundation will not be liable, and matters will be dealt with according to the laws of the Kingdom. The responsibility will remain with the beautician or the client until further legal notice.
12. In the event of any emergency requiring medical attention or involving physical assault, the client must notify Maison Spa immediately by calling the call center at 920017443. All cases will be handled according to the legal procedures and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. The beauty and spa specialist will only perform paid services by appointment.
14. The customer is fully responsible for providing an area for setting up service tools.
15. It is not permissible to give material gifts to a beauty specialist for any reason whatsoever.
16. The customer is responsible for paying the total booking value in advance when booking through the website, with a minimum value of the amount specified on the website.
17. The service provider, Maison Spa, reserves the right to adjust booking prices in accordance with government-imposed changes, such as taxes or other government fees. These fees will be collected from the client when they become applicable or are published on the website.
18. The customer cannot cancel any booking or service less than 6 hours or more before the pre-selected appointment time, and 25% of the total value will be deducted as an administrative fee.
19. The customer can modify the appointment themselves through the website or via customer service, provided that this is done at least 6 hours before the appointment time.
20. The customer cannot modify the booked service after booking.
21. If the client intentionally or mistakenly books a city, region, or neighborhood not included on the website outside the city of Riyadh, Maison Spa has the right to deduct 25% of the booking when the order is canceled by both parties based on the total amount of the booking and the time of cancellation.
22. Payment for the service can be made using Apple Pay, MADA, STC Pay, or any other method approved on the website.
23. The client is not entitled to transfer the beauty and spa specialist to a third party.
24. In the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the booking on the site or through customer service, by assaulting or harassing the beauty and spa specialist , Maison Spa has the right to terminate the contract without referring back to the client , and the client shall not be entitled to any claims, and the establishment has the right to file a legal complaint in accordance with the procedures followed in the Public Prosecution, the courts and the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
25. The amounts to be refunded will be processed through the website within 7 business days.
